We advise clients regarding the management of conflicts before litigation, with a creative approach to find alternatives that avoid disputes, or put clients in a better position when litigation becomes inevitable.

We represent clients in judicial, arbitral and administrative proceedings, involving civil and corporate law.

We help clients to identify credits and debts and to negotiate court-supervised reorganization plans, always seeking to maximize the results. We also act as judicial trustees in reorganization cases.

We advise creditors and debtors in the restructuring of debts, was well as representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings.

We advise clients in the issuance of bonds, regulation of investment funds, tender offers and administrative proceedings conducted by the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM).

We advise and represent national and foreign clients in joint ventures, spin-offs and structuring of new businesses, including financial structures.
